❓What areas do you cover?

We provide dog walking services in most Christchurch suburbs, including but not limited to Sumner, Redcliffs, Mount Pleasant, Heathcote, New Brighton, Parklands, Burwood, Marshlands, Redwood, Shirley, Papanui, Saint Albans, Cashmere, Spreydon and all areas in between. Please reach out if you'd like to know if we cover your area.

❓How do you access my property if I'm away?

Whether it’s a gate code, a hidden key, or something else, we’re flexible and can accommodate your preferred access method. Additionally, we can provide you with a lockbox, ensuring your key remains safely on your property at all times.

❓But what if it's raining?

Rain or shine, the walk must go on! (Unless it is dangerous to the dogs or ourselves, of course.)

A bit of rain makes the walk fun! We're equipped to handle wet weather, and we'll give your pooch a good towel dry before coming inside.

If the weather turns seriously unpleasant, we'll shorten the walk and only charge for the walk duration.

❓Is there a discount for additional dogs?

For sure! Every additional dog from the same household is just $15!

❓Group walks: how long will my dog be out?

For group walks, the duration your dog is away from home can vary due to the logistics of picking up and dropping off multiple dogs. Typically, dogs are out for anywhere between 1 to 3 hours, averaging about 2 hours per trip.

The actual walk time is an hour minimum, unless there is a good reason for a walk to be cut short (extreme weather or dog behaviour issues, for example).

❓Solo walks: how long will my dog be out?

For solo walks, we offer a variety of walk durations: 30, 45, and 60 minutes. However, the total time your dog will be away from home may exceed the walk duration. This is because we not only explore the neighbourhood, but also love going on special outings to nearby parks, forests, or beaches to keep the walks varied.

These outings may include an additional 20-30 minutes of complimentary travel time, which means your pooch will enjoy an extended outing beyond the walking session. Rest assured, you only pay for the walk time!

❓What does my dog need to have for the walk?

Just make sure your dog is wearing a collar with the Council ID Tag. We'll bring the leash and poo bags, plus we've got plenty of treats for your pooch to enjoy!
